  Harold`s customer service is impeccable. My family moved back in Sept and the movers took our bed apart. We had another bed that fit better in our new place but kept the head/foot board & frame to use again later. Well later came when we moved out of state. When we went to put the bed together there were no screws. The movers didn't keep the screws with our frame. We tried to buy screws from a store but they weren't the right kind. Decided to contact Harold's and they had extras on hand and shipped them to me with no hesitation. Not only is the furniture of great quality, their service is also just as great!! Love you guys!!

  Worth the trip from Upstate New York! AND... They deliver up here!!! WE were looking for a really unique mantal for my sister's hearth. While we were mulling over our choices, I saw a raw wood coffee table, which I ABSOLUTELY fell in LOVE WITH! THEY took the time to help design the mantle with the raw wood and natural bark, it was delivered, and she is thrilled! I am STILL DREAMING ABOUT THE ROUND CHERRY BREAKFAST TABLE WITH THE WEDGE SHAPED STOOLS! They have a room where you can pick your wood, your stain/ finish the knobs and will even custom distress a piece to 'match' an older set! What a treat to see such quality and service with such fair prices! Hoping to move to the Harrisburg area next year, and HAROLDS is going to be outfitting the entire place!
